FORENSIC DELAY ANALYSIS

EAS's skill in Forensic Delay Analysis is second to none, and is supported by our use of the latest time and distance software programmes, and use of 3-D computer generated images within claims.

We have a broad range of successful experience in all types of construction and civil engineering project claims using the recognised Forensic Delay Analysis techniques, loss of productivity analysis and ascertainment of Quantum.

EAS can offer Retrospective/Prospective Delay Analysis for use at Project level right through to Adjudication, Arbitration and Litigation.

This includes:

•         Baseline Schedule Selection, Validation and Rectification.

Claims Management

EAS will find the optimum solution to even the most complex and protracted of challenges.

EAS will develop project strategies in collaboration with its clients. Initial diagnostic and appraisal reports (completed in 2 – 3 days), synthesise the issues and help identify the best course of action.

A structured and inclusive approach (especially for claims involved in large projects with several sections and/or phases), ensures the optimum solution. EAS experts are also contractually aware and are therefore able to interface with construction lawyers and Counsel.

Claims Protection- EAS will protect client's interests by timely submission of or sensitive selection of notices and detailed submissions.

Claims Production- EAS has sophisticated methods of sourcing and retrieving all relevant records and information.We ensure complete integration and utilisation of a client's teams' skills and expertise. We identify cause and effect and establishing the relationship and links between the two using spread sheets, databases and the latest software.

methods of both delay and disruption analysis. Options and recommendations are provided to clients based on their relevance, credibility, robustness, time and cost. We have both awareness and experience of international
methods gained from our work with overseas clients.
